Emma is a serious work horse on the
fast track to success. Tyler is her new intern. When they first meet,
there are immediate sparks and tension. Tyler is chauvinistic and
arrogant, so I immediately disliked him. I also didn't like the way
that he sabotages, undercuts and questions her work. I couldn't see
that happening in a real workplace. There is a lot of inappropriate
conversation going on in this office, I would think someone would be
getting fired or sued for sexual harassment. This story reads to me
like a movie. I could totally imagine this quirky rom com on the big
screen. The funniest line is: “You there, come over here and get
whipped by my wife.” That made me laugh out loud. 4 stars.
